We would like the dome flat screen to be spectrally neutral so that the
smooth spectral shape of the NIST calibration lamp is preserved. The
material must be lightweight, and be able to hold-up in the windy and
dusty telescope dome environment. This investigation is to seek the
optimal material for the dome flat screen based on spectral neutrality,
weight, strength and cost.
