Apply the technique of Wild 1997, PASP to a series of dome flats taken
at different telescope positions to see whether a static dome flat
illumination pattern can be reconstructed. Note that is will not work
completely if the flat lamps are mounted at the telescope end ring
since in this case the illumination pattern is not static. However,
this will test sensitivity to the dome flat screen bidirectional
reflectance pattern.
